Why does S-flex with HOA, AFC and bypass is not starting in the hand mode but does start in auto mode?

Issue:
Hand mode working but not auto mode for a S-flex with HOA, AFC and bypass.

Product Line:
SFD212 with HOA and AFC and bypass

Environment:
All

Cause:
120vac is not making it down to the RPR run permissive relays A1 and A2 terminals.

Resolution:

Troubleshooting:
Check the NO contact on the Hand circuit make sure this contact is closing when the switch is put into hand mode.
Check the A1 and A2 terminals of the RPR run permissive relay coil to see if you have 120vac on the coil
If the relay has 120vac on the coils A1 and A2 the relay contacts should be pulled in if not then the relay maybe inoperative.
