Issue:
ATV320 output not at full voltage at 60hz

Cause:
Drive ramps to speed (60z). The max drive output voltage is only 10 volts with "no" drive fault.
Resolution:
Set MPC to COS
DRI- > CONF > FULL > DRC- > ASY
MPC [Motor param choice] > [Mot Power] = (nPr), change to COS [Mot Cos] (COS)
