Resolution
Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager contains a feature called Worker Processes that can be used to monitor the memory and CPU usage on the server.
1- Make sure that PME's Web Applications is already open in any supported browser.
2- Open IIS manager. That can be done by running "inetmgr" command.
3- Click on the server name.
4- Double-click on Worker Processes as shown in the picture below.
5- The worker processes will list all the Application pools in use.
Private Memory (Committed bytes) corresponds to actual RAM usage
