As explained in the IEC 60870-5-103 manual for the Sepam 20/40/60/80 range, it is possible to perform a remote reset (called "LED Reset") of the relay using IEC 103 communication.
Please see the attached images for an example of settings in the Vinci software-based client that were used to succesfully perform a remote reset on a Sepam 80 relay. Another test was carried out successfully using the Simple Tester from the VAMP company in Finland.
The Link Layer Address for the Sepam 80 used in this example was set to 8.
