Indeed the web server of NOE module uses jar files and Java Virtual Machine which is not supported in Mobile.
So we cannot access them via any Mobile.
However in case of M580, we can access pages which don't use Java applets via mobile.
JAR files and Silverlight are only used for Program Viewer and Rack Viewer in M580, but they will both be HTML5 very soon.
