1. Obtain Serial number & Firmware version form SmartX AD panel for compatibility consideration and documentation purpose
2. Clean SmartX AD panel, uninstall unsupported or corrupted applications
3. Install applications: SmartX AD-Link, SmartKiosk, alternatively Technician Tool for version 1.x.x of SmartX controllers. Smart X AD SM-T580 must be T580XXU4CSA1 or above.
(For Android 8.1: SmartX AD-Link v8.0.apk, SmartXKiosk v8.1.apk, SBO Technician Tool_v1.4.0.91.apk)
4. Delete installation source files from SmartX AD panel file system
5. Activate applications according Smart X ID installation guide
