No, it is not possible.
Although fw files can be transferred to ATV340 and keypad will show notification FWUP in left upper corner, to finish flashing you need to activate fw flash via HMI and unfortunately basic keypad does not had fw update menu.
You need to connect advanced keypad VW3A1111 and finish the flash.
