It is not possible to communicate with a SCADAPack x70 device through USB-C. The SCADAPack x70 indicates driver error in the Bluetooth & other devices window.

- Open Control Panel> Program and Features
- Uninstall SCADAPack CommDTM, SCADAPack x70 Device DTM and RemoteConnect
- Restart the PC
- Reinstall RemoteConnect software.
