Solution:
PowerChute Serial Shutdown v1.2 and above supports Back-UPS users instantly accessing the Web UI via the quick access icon without a username and password combination. This feature benefits users who do not require authenticated or remote access to the Web UI. To enable the quick access feature, deselect "Create a user account". Once the installation has completed there will be a PowerChute icon on the desktop and an icon in the Systray.
