Use the following steps for configuring Control Expert to communicate with the M580 CPU through the BMENUA0100 control port in HTTPS secure mode.
- Open the Security Editor.
- Whitelist the M580 CPU certificate in the Security Editor.
- Apply the changes.
- Close the Security Editor.
- Open the BMENUA0100 web page.
- Enable the IP forwarding service.
- Enable the HTTPS service.
- Disable IPSEC if it is not being used.
- Connect to the M580 using the BMENUA0100 control port IP address.
