Problem: The self-test status of SRTG UPS models reports "Refused" after a successful self-test
Product Line: UPS models with the prefix SRTG
Cause: Due to the current firmware logic, it is expected behavior that SRTG UPS models report "Refused" after a successful self-test. The expected self-test status sequence is Status: In Progress -> Actual self-test screen -> Status: Refused, as shown below:

Resolution: A future firmware update will improve the UPS self-test reporting.
