My Smart UPS Modular Ultra shows "Battery not compatible"

Resolution:
There are three options for clearing this alarm:
- Upgrade the UPS to at least FW 17.0 for a permanent fix (Recommended)
- Wait four hours for the next compatibility check - the error usually clears the next time the system checks for compatibility
- Power cycle the battery using the thumbscrew on the front of the battery module - this will clear the error and restart communications
If the issue still persists, the battery will need to be replaced.
