Issue:
Customers would like to adjust the overload threshold setting to reduce frequent warning alarms on Galaxy VS.
Product Line:

Cause:
The default overload warning threshold is set to 75%, which may generate frequent alarms depending on the load profile.
Alarms:
Load on UPS in below warning level
Load on UPS is above warning level
Resolution:
The overload threshold can be adjusted directly from the UPS display. Follow these steps:
- Be physically in front of the unit.
- Navigate to:
Configuration → Output - If prompted for login credentials, use:
- Username:
admin - Password:
admin(all lowercase)
- Username:
- Modify the Overload Threshold % setting as required (e.g., increase to 90% to reduce alarms).
