Manish KUMAR

Manish Kumar is the Executive Vice-President of the Digital Energy business at Schneider Electric responsible for driving growth & innovation and helping customers digitize and decarbonize their operations.

Manish brings a unique blend of strategy, technology & international experience to his role with over 15 years of transformational leadership in Corporate Strategy, Smart Buildings & Critical Infrastructure and Solar businesses at Schneider Electric.

Before Manish joined Schneider Electric, he worked as a Software Engineer and Business consultant for Infosys. Manish holds advanced management degrees from Harvard Business School and HEC Paris and Mechanical engineering from Thapar university. Manish has been an active member of the Supervisory Board of Planon since 2023. He is also a board member of Flare Education, a non-profit focused on tackling generational poverty through high school workforce development.
