ODBC Tracing
ODBC tracing is another method used to get DBOdbc log files for an SQL system trying to access Geo SCADA ODBC. When a client is running SQL query to access Geo SCADA server remotely, without getting connected. It is recommended to have the DBOdbc log file for further troubleshooting. iI after investigating DSN configurations and other information the issue persists.
Run the ODBC tracing from both the ODBC Data Source Administrator of 32-bit and 64-bit dialog. You can run either of the 32-bit or 64-bit provided the log file was logged.

How to run the ODBC tracing to get the DBOdbc log files
-Run this on the PC which fails to connect to ODBC.
-Start the 'ODBC Data Sources' app - choose 32-bit or 64-bit depending on which is used. If you are not sure, repeat all steps for 32-bit and 64-bit.
-Click the Tracing tab.
-Click 'Machine-Wide' to enable it.
-Enter a log file location/name.
-Click 'Start Tracing now'
ODBC Data Source Administrator

-Perform all ODBC operations to test the connection.
-Click 'Stop Tracing'.
-Review and send the log files.
