Please contact the Drive Product Supports Group toll free, at 1-888-778-2733.  Select option 2 (Technical) and then option 4 (Drives) from the menu system.

If calling, please call from in front of the drive/starter and be ready to perform programming/troubleshooting, at the time you call.  We will need the complete part number/serial number or FO (Factory Order) number for enclosed products.  We may need to collect the caller name, company and contact information during the call.
