  This KB is only valid for meters that were ordered with the Special Order Option of EN50160 compliance. The 7650, 8600A, 8800A, 8800B are currently the only EN50160 Power Quality meters.

  Advanced Power Quality meters can cause an error in Vista if the PQ framework is not setup correctly. The error is caused by the incorrect framework (non PQ framework) installed on the meter. To recover, the PQ framework must be placed on the meter, then the proper setup procedure must be followed to enable the Advanced PQ functions of the device.

  The problem produces the error ION Object Does not Exist
