There is no declaration of conformity regarding the Machine Directive for accessories. The conformity depends of the way it is used by the machine manufacturer (in this case, type of E-Stop used)
You can find certificate of conformity for E-stop in Shopping kiosk
Even if the shroud ZBZ160* is used with appropriate E-Stop operators, some safety organisms could argue that this accessory could hamper a free use of the E-stop (one's hand can hit the guard if the E-stop is strongly activated) in reference to the § 4.3.1 of the EN 13850 ed 10-2015 ("4.3.1 Emergency stop devices shall be designed to be easily identified and actuated by the operator and others who could need to actuate them. The actuator of the emergency stop device may be one of the following types:
a) pushbuttons easily activated by the palm of a hand").
The best, regarding the Machine Directive, would be to separate the functions : Emergency stop and electrical lockout
The telescopic shroud (ZBZ3605) reduce the risk of questioning. See certificate for ZBZ3605 shroud in attachment
