Resolution:
The manufactured VisiPact Safety Switches starting from May 2023, fused(VH) and non fused(VHU) from 30A to 200A come standard with a factory installed viewing window.
The 400amp up to 1200amp heavy duty safety switches can be supplied with a viewing window for the NEMA 12 or NEMA 4X enclosures ONLY as a factory added special accessory. The switches MUST be worked up in the Product Selector System to be able to add the viewing window. Viewing window is NOT available for NEMA 1 & NEMA 3R enclosures.
