Resolution:
In addition to the catalog number, which designates a factory assembled pendant station, the customer must select all of the component pushbuttons and legend plates (and any other required components). Once the bill of material has been completed, the customer fills out the 9001 SKYP Key Sheet, which shows the factory where each component will be used in the completed, assembled pendant station. The completed Key Sheet is faxed to the Customer Service Team when the order is placed.
