Resolution:
The industry refers to many different products when it refers to a "constant voltage" transformer. That might be a transformer utilizing gap magnetics to ride through short duration (<200msec) voltage sags, to a transformer with a constantly variable automatic transformer ratio adjuster or tap changer, or even an uninterruptible power supply or UPS.Standard low voltage dry type distribution transformers are simple ratio devices -- the ratio of the output voltage to the input voltage does not change (barring regulation from no load to full load.)
