What is a Class 2 Transformer? Does Square D/Schneider Electric offer Class 2 Transformers?

Transformer for small control circuits and/or accessory power required

Resolution:

A Class 2 Transformer is specifically listed for use on a Class 2 power limited circuit as laid out in NEC Article 725-41. A commonly found version of a Class 2 Transformer is a ``door bell`` Transformer. SquareD/Schneider Electric does not offer any Class 2 listed Transformers at this time.
