Can a convertible, main lug, QO load center be used on a 240 Vac, grounded B phase delta system if the main lugs are converted to a main breaker?

No, if the main lug load center is converted to a main breaker load center, it cannot be used on the 240 Vac, grounded B phase delta system. The QOM1-VH and QOM2-VH main breakers are not UL Listed for use on this voltage system.
