What is the retaining kit required to secure a backfed, branch mounted QO 2 pole circuit breaker in a QO load center?

Resolution:
If using a QO612L100F/S/DF/DS or RB, QO816L100F/S/DF/DS or RB, QO148L125GF/GF or GRB load center, use a PK2MB retaining kit.
If using a single phase, 100 - 125 A convertible main, series S01, S02, or S03 load center, use a PK4MB2LA retaining kit.
If using a single phase, 150 - 225 A convertible main, series S01, S02, or S03 load center, and the backfed breaker is 125 A or less, use a PK4MB2HA retaining kit. If the backfed breaker is 150 - 200 A, use PK5RK retaining kit.
If using a three phase, QO load center, use a PK3MB retaining kit.

NOTE: IN ALL CASES, THE AMPERAGE OF THE BACKFED BREAKER CANNOT EXCEED THE AMPERAGE RATING OF THE PANEL.
