Can lugs be reversed on a QOU breaker?

Resolution:
Yes. Take wire binding screw out and rotate oval-shaped lug within the cavity with screwdriver or fingers.
This works for lugs on 10-70 A QOU breakers. The lugs on 80 A and above QOU breakers cannot be rotated.
