The Older Series 001, 002 or A02 Homeline main breaker load centers used a HOM2100, HOM2125, HOM2150 or HOM2200 main breaker. These main breakers do NOT have a shunt trip accessory available.
For the more recent or current series 'S' load centers that use a QOM1 Frame main breaker, a shunt trip accessory is NOT available.
For the more recent or current series 'S' load centers using the QOM2 Frame main breaker a shunt trip accessory is available factory installed ONLY. But it would require a Main Lug Load Center to be ordered and the QOM2 Main Breaker with the shunt trip accessory, suffix '1021', to be ordered separately and field installed. Also, a replacement QOM2 main breaker can be obtained with the shunt trip factory installed.
If ordering a replacement main breaker only, order the main breaker catalog number with the suffix '1021'. For example, QOM2200VH1021. See current digest for ALL QOM2 main breaker catalog numbers.
NOTE:
If a shunt trip is needed for the QOM1 Load center application, consider using a separate circuit breaker enclosure for a QO breaker with a shunt trip upstream of the load center.
