On a 8501 X relay what do 2 letters stamped in the Forms box indicate?

Issue:
Needs to know on a 8501 X relay what do 2 letters stamped in the Forms box indicate.

Product Line:
Relays and Timers

Environment:
8501 Type X Relay

Resolution:
This will be a date code. They stamped the date code in the box on the nameplate marked Forms. Forms typically have a digit after a letter and are in alphanumeric order. The old style date codes were 2 letters indicating the month and year the unit was built. We now use 4 digits that indicate the week and year the unit was built.
