What is the operator only for a 3 position 9001K illuminated selector switch?

What is the illuminated operator or push button head for a 3 position selector switches?

30MM, 9001K, 9001SK

Resolution:
The operators only for an illuminated or non-illuminated selector switch are the same.

9001KS4 for 3 position maintained.
9001KS5 for spring return to center.
9001KS6 for spring return left to center.
9001KS7 for spring return right to center.

This doesn`t include the knob or the cam. To use for illuminated remove the square plastic liner and add the light module.
