It is the 9999SA3 for NEMA 3R, 4 & 12 and the 9999SA13 for NEMA 4/4X stainless steel. User-made openings are required in order to field install these kits on standard 8536 NEMA Sizes 0 through 2 starters in NEMA 4 and 12 enclosures.
