Is there a reason for unusual voltages measured to ground when connecting Buck and Boost transformers according to single phase diagram #4?

Issue:
Stray voltages to neutral or ground from a Buck and Boost Transformer connection
Product Line:
Low Voltage (LV) Transformers
Environment:
Applies to Buck Boost Transformers by SquareD/Schneider Electric
Cause:
Magnetic voltages from an ungrounded single phase Buck Boost Transformer connection
Resolution:
Wiring diagram #4 indicates a single phase buck or boost scenario in which there is usually no ground reference. Unusual voltage readings from the circuit to ground are not indicative of a problem and may be ignored.  The important voltages are found between the LV and HV inputs or outputs of the diagram.
