Can Buck Boost Ttransfomers be used on three phase corner grounded delta systems?

Cause:
Corner Grounded Delta systems may have to have voltage increased or decreased
Resolution:
The grounded leg must be used as the common leg when using an open-delta 3 phase Buck or Boost Autotransformer connection or with 1ph single phase connection. The two ungrounded phase conductors may be used for a 1phase Autotransformer connection.
