How do you select an HVL/cc Main Tie Main with Automatic Transfer in the center of the lineup with MotorPact starter feeders on each side?

Resolution:
To select an HVL/cc Main Tie Main with Automatic Transfer in the center of the lineup with MotorPact starter feeders on each side:
Put the voltage-sensing VTs in an incoming auxiliary section and have the cables come in there rather than into the main switches.
Choose the load side connection of the mains to be To Motorpact
