Can the 3-phase Tesys U control units be used on single phase applications?

Resolution:
The Standard and Advanced 3-phase control units cannot be used on single-phase applications.
This is not allowed due to the method on which the phase imbalance calculation is done in the internal program of the ASIC.
The LUCA*, LUCB* and LUCD* units use both current level and phase angle (120° shift between phase) to detect this fault.
Looping the wiring in this unit will make the product trip instantaneously or within 4 seconds.
For 1-phase applications use the Single-Phase (LUCC*) or Multifunction (LUCM*) control units.
