Resolution:
For LC1D115 or LC1D150 Tesys version order LA9D115603B, this is a three pole connector and will require one kit line side and one kit for load side.
For LC1D11500 or LC1D15000 D2 Series (Pre-Tesys) version order LA9D115603, this is a three pole connector and will require one kit line side and one kit for load side.
Note: The only difference between these terminal kits is the color; the LA9D115603B is black and the LA9D115603 is beige. The parts are backward/forward compatible.
