Is the main neutral lug field replaceable in the QO and Homeline load centers?

Resolution:
The main neutral lug is NOT replaceable on ANY QO or Homeline Load center. The lug is attached from the back of the main neutral bus bar. A new interior would have to be purchased for the load center.
