Is there a combination starter available with fusible or non fusible disconnect in a NEMA 7 & 9 enclosure?

No. NEMA 7 & 9 combination starters were available with a circuit breaker type disconnects only. There currently is no offering of combination style starters in NEMA 7&9 enclosures.
