There are two filler plates available for QO load centers, one for the older design and one for the current design QO load centers.
1) The part number QO1FP is a metal filler plate, for the OLDER load centers with twistouts measuring approximately 0.75" x 2.44"
2) The part number QOFP is a plastic filler plate, for the CURRENT load centers with twistouts measuring approximately 0.75" x 2.31". This filler plate may also fit some of the older style QO load centers that have the same twistout measurements.
The QOFP and QO1FP Filler plates are ONLY to be used for QO load centers to fill a branch breaker opening in the deadfront trim when a twistout has been removed and no branch breaker will be installed.
The filler plate, QO1FP is used with the older load centers that had the twistout sizes as mentioned above in #1 and should be installed as shown in the instructions that come with the kit.
The filler plate, QOFP is used with the current load centers that have the twistout size as mentioned above in #2 and should be installed as shown in the instructions that come with the kit.
The attached video is ONLY to supplement the INSTRUCTIONS that come with the kit. PLEASE make sure to read the instructions and all the below Safety Information that is located in the instructions BEFORE working on any electrical equipment.

Make sure to turn OFF ALL Power supplying the equipment and verify the power is OFF using a properly rated voltage sensing device, BEFORE working on or with electrical equipment.
1) Once all Safety steps are followed, begin the installation of the Branch Breaker opening filler plate by following the instructions.
2) Install the filler plate (A) from the front of cover (B) by pressing into place as shown
