Resolution:
The neutral or negative is connected to C1, and C1 is also the line the customer`s switch is on. L1 (the hot wire) or positive is connected to C2.
Terminal 12 has voltage when the breaker is open; terminal 14 when it is closed. The OF functions as a coil clearing contact and indicator of breaker contact position.
