Unless noted otherwise, these are used on illuminated and non-illuminated devices:

Add suffix - 20 for 1and 3/8`` knob. Example: 9001KR9R20. This also works with other color knobs.
15/8`` Push-Pull Knobs for KR8, KR9, SKR8, SKR9 Operator:

Amber 9001A22
Black 9001B23 (color cap opaque and are for use on non-illuminated operator only)
Blue 9001L22
Clear 9001C22
Green 9001G22
Orange 9001S23 (color cap opaque and are for use on non-illuminated operator only)
