Resolution:
The extension shaft depends on the switch kit supplied. Determining which switch is used is simple; example VCCF02 used the V02 switch, VCCF01 uses V01 switch, VCCF0 uses the V0 switch, VCCF1 uses the V1 switch,.etc.

For V02, V01, V0, V1 and V2 switch - VZ17 extension shaft.
For V3, V4, V5 and V6 switch - VZ18 extension shaft.
