How can we help you today?

How many and what size conductors will the LRD01 through LRD35 or LR3D01 through LR3D35 Tesys bimetallic overload relays accept?

Issue:
Size conductors acceptable for use with the LRD and LR3D overload relays

Product Line:
IEC Contactors and Startes

Environment:
Tesys D Overload Relays

Cause:
Identifying accepted wire sizes

Resolution:
Depends on the overload used as outlined below:

For LRD01/LR3D01 through LRD21/LR3D21 - (1) stranded copper conductor without cable end per phase = #14 AWG to #8 AWG.
For LRD01/LR3D01 through LRD21/ - (1) stranded copper conductor with cable end per phase = #16 AWG to #12 AWG.
For LRD01/LR3D01 through LRD21/ - (1) solid copper conductor without cable end per phase = #16 AWG to #10 AWG.

For LRD22/LR3D22 through LRD35/LR3D35 - (1) stranded copper conductor without cable end per phase = #14 AWG to #8 AWG.
For LRD22/LR3D22 through LRD35/LR3D35 - (1) stranded copper conductor with cable end per phase = #16 AWG to #10 AWG.
For LRD22/LR3D22 through LRD35/LR3D35 - (1) solid copper conductor without cable end per phase = #14 AWG to #8 AWG.
