Notes:
1. Form Y157 means this kit will have copper lugs on the fuse base assembly.
2. This kit will not work on the 9422 TEN10, TEF10, TEF13 (100A) disconnect switches.

2. Class 9422 Type TCF30 (30A fusible with 30A 250V fuse clips)
