Does Square D offers replacement nameplates for a small dry type transformers?

How to obtain replacement nameplate for a dry type transformer?

Product Line:
Square D transformer

Environment:
EE and EX transformers

Resolution:
Customer to contact the local Square D Field Office.
Customer to provide the following information: Catalog number, Quote to Cash number (if available), date code and Plant code.
The field office will contact the factory to obtain the replacement. The Sales Engineer must attach that the nameplate to the correct transformer.
