Cause:
Replacement parts for 8" , 6W , 120V fan and blades, or 12" , 50W , 120V fan and blades

Resolution:
All fan parts for MV transformers are obsolete and no longer available.  Replacement motors and fan blades may be obtained through outside sources such as Grainger, Fastenal, Mc Master-car, etc.
