The difference is that the LADT9R1 (for 4 pole contactors) is going to have a 4 pole bus (bottom piece power connection only with a total of 8 pins) where the LAD9R1 (for 3 pole contactors) has a 3 pole bus (top and bottom power connections with each having 6 pins). The LAD9V2 interlock is used on both devices.
