Can the contactor be replaced on the Class 8536 Type SE__ Nema Size 3 starter ?

Resolution:
No, the contactor busbars which mate up to the busbars on the overload are staked into the lower housing of the contactor. These busbars cannot be field added to the contactor. The baseplate will also be incorrect.
