Can the QOM1-VH and QOM2-VH load center main breaker frame sizes be interchanged in a load center?

No. The physical dimensions of these main breakers are different and each convertible load center takes either the QOM1 or the QOM2 frame size main circuit breaker and cannot be interchanged.
