Can an NF panel with factory installed 250 amp main breaker be converted to a main lug panel?

Yes, the main breaker kit should remain in place so the panel will utilize the same box and trim. The following will be required per panel:
(1) NFALM2 Main Lug Kit for Series E1 interiors only . Customer to supply and get a fabricated closing plate for the breaker opening.
