Does HVL switchgear come with padlock provisions for locking in the open and closed positions? Are there padlocking provisions on the fuse door and optional rear door?

Yes, all doors have a padlock hasp which protrudes through a slot in the door. The handle is locked open or closed with the slotted holes in the crank casting.
