The field installation of factory Form C can be added based on the NEMA size and enclosure type as outlined below:
NEMA 1 Enclosure:
For NEMA sizes 00 through 3 = 9999SC2
For NEMA sizes 4 through 7 = 9999SC8
NEMA 3R and 12 Enclosures:
For All NEMA sizes = 9999SC8
NEMA 4/4X Stainless Steel Enclosures:
For All NEMA sizes = 9999SC9
NEMA 4/4X Poly Enclosures:
For All NEMA sizes = Not field installable.
Note: This applies to standard enclosures only, for oversized enclosures use the NEMA 3R and 12 selection data.
